While harnessed to Corona Arch, jumpers free fall before bursting forward at up to 75 mph and swaying amid picturesque canyon vistas

America has always been the most extreme country, from the Boston Tea Punchings to having the first man swear on the moon. We hold this shredding guitar solo to be self-evident with this Groupon.

$175 for One Jump on the Giant Rope Swing ($375 Value)

The natural rope swing is anchored at the top of Corona Arch, 140 feet off the ground. Harnessed in by two ropes capable of supporting up to 2,500 pounds each, you leap from the arch, free falling for roughly 40 feet before bursting forward at speeds of up to 75 mph. After swinging gently beneath the arch and taking in views of the canyons, staff members lower you back to earth. All equipment is included, as are snacks and drinks at the jump site, and a video recording of the day's jumps will be mailed to you. The adventure takes 3–4 hours to complete.

About Utah High Adventure

When Utah High Adventure's staff members head into work, they don't sip coffee during meetings or ride the elevator up to an office on the ninth floor. Instead, they crash through raging whitewater rapids and rappel down the sides of canyons against a backdrop of sun-soaked red rocks. Years of training and education have earned them the certification and expertise to lead other thrill-seekers on rock climbs, which is more satisfying than scaling the granite backsplash of a neighbor's fancy kitchen. They also guide mountain-bike rides across Utah's rippling alpine trails. During the spring, summer, and fall months, the company hosts weeklong tours into the wild, which include lodging and equipment.
