I really wanted to love this eyelash extension service. The owner Vonnie was awesome, she was available on a Sunday, her prices are reasonable, and the office was spotless and pretty. I would go back for a manicure. However, my eyelash extension appointment took 3 hours, which was an hour longer than I was told to plan for. I was able to be flexible on that day but that isn't usually the case for me. She told me to expect some fallout of the lashes which was no problem until the day after the service, when so many came out from my right eye that it looked completely different than the left eye. I followed the instructions exactly, avoiding all oils or any towels on my face, and only washing with cool/cold water. I explained that I was going on a business trip, and needed something very natural and subtle that just looked like mascara. The set that I got were far bigger than I expected and did not look natural at all. I was going to leave them on anyway until the right eye had all that fallout, so I had to remove them before my business trip because they looked so totally uneven. I was really disappointed because I had a very different expectation of the results than what I got, and I don't think we were on the same page. It looked like I got the same huge eyelashes that are popular currently regardless of what I communicated. I don't think I'd go back for lashes, but it was such a nice location and experience otherwise that I'd still go back for nails.
