About V Personal Training
I’m a certified personal trainer. And available at several locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan. I provide PT services as well as online-coaching services. I have experience training all ages from those in their twenties to senior individuals. I help people to maintain weight and sustain it, build muscle and strength, increase muscle force to stay independent for longer. I can tailor training for your level of fitness. Before first session I book a 30 minute online consultation with a new client to help me to learn about their goals, physical limitations or health concerns and simply to see if we are a good fit. My working hours are from 2pm till 10pm.
