He treated the issue I have in a way that was forward-thinking. Rather than just relax the area, he worked on helping my body to move as a whole. It was different than the standard massage, but I think I expected that based upon the description.

Certified reflexologist Ted Schiff begins each customized session with a head, neck, and shoulder massage before engaging clients in specific stretching techniques and foot reflexology. Using the color and temperature of a person’s feet to gauge the state of well-being, Schiff ensures that each session combines elements of acupressure, shiatsu, Thai massage, lymphatic stimulation, and traditional massage to deliver ultimate relaxation benefits.
Ted Schiff’s hours are: Tuesday and Friday: 10 a.m–5 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday: 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
