About Valley Wellness Health Group

Doctor of Chiropractic Tam Ly acquired his love of chiropractic from his neighborhood practitioner. Dr. Ly was working as a personal trainer at the time, and his interest in movement and musculature harmonized with what he learned during his chiropractic visits. These appointments served as the inspiration for what would become a lifelong pursuit of learning better, more efficient ways to help the body recover from illness and injury.

Today, Dr. Ly employs adjustments and spinal decompression to heal patients at Valley Wellness Health Group. The massage is OK, nothing from another world, Dr. Ly will come in and explain about other therapies, so be prepared. He is very good in the chiropractic and the strategy to bring new clients seems to work out well for them.

Not worth it at all. I bought a package from groupon: one adjustment, x ray and consulting. He does not know how to adjust, felt like braking my back instead of fixing. Took x ray and did not go over. I asked him, he said not this time, next time so, he could charge me $120 for next visit. It seems like hebis playing game with customers. Good luck if you go there.

Not my first chiro experience but was looking for a local chiropractor since moving to San Jose and thought Groupon was a good, economical way to find one. Dr Ly had a salesman attitude and spent my whole visit talking about the benefits of chiropractic rather than checking my body and adjusting. He didn't even check my range of motion after the 1 minute adjustment he performed.

The massage was not good. Levels were either too weak, or occasionally too strong, and the masseuse did not ask if there was an area giving me trouble.
