My overall experience with delvaline this time was pretty excellent the only reason I gave them 4 star is because the weight was so long but they did tell me they ran into some issues with the car in front of me. Past experience with other Valvoline was not the greatest and this was actually my last chance that I was giving them. You all did a great job on the 350 location. Thank you.

I waited in line over 2 hours. I wouldn’t have a problem with except for the fact that I witnessed half a dozen cars arrive after me and leave before me. There are 2 lanes and once you are put into a lane by one of the techs you cannot get out so my lane was unmoving while the other lane moved smoothly along. Once I did finally get in my service was great. But the lane system needs re-evaluated.
