For the first option, mix and match classes held at the Royal Centre Mall studio, which range from relaxing Restorative sessions filled with reclining poses to energizing Belly, Buns & Thighs routines that sculpt the core and behind. See the schedule for a list of class times. For the second option, choose one 45- to 90-minute session from the lineup of all-levels corporate yoga classes. Options range from calming Candlelight Hatha sessions to vigorous Power Flow routines. Corporate yoga classes take place at your workplace between 12 p.m. and 7 p.m. Monday–Friday. Sunny Trim knows the tolls that a desk job can take on the body. When working at a travel agency, she found herself battling constant headaches. Eventually, she tried taking yoga classes to ease the pain. Their combination of bends, balances, deep breaths, and relaxation exercises soothed her noggin and kindled her entrepreneurial spirit. After completing more than 200 hours of teacher training, she put her business plan into motion.
