Tidy up the place and do some minor repairs and it would have a lot better feeling for the customer.

I went in for ln for blonde highlights and came out with copper highlights that faded in two weeks. Also, was told not to tip on debit or credit because the owner keeps all the girls tips. Thy don't receive a tip cheque. IMO the owner is a thief.

The manicure i got was lumpy and smudgy.looked so unproffesionally done. I had to remove it the moment i got home. The pedi though was ok.

I would not recommend this facility for a pedicure. I do not feel their equipment , nor their performance was at all professional. I have had pedicures many times at other businesses at lower prices that were far above the quality that I received at Vanish Lazer. I would not return there again.

i have had many express mani/pedis at other salons in the past. It always includes some exfoliation. If I knew that it wasn't included, I would not have purchased it. On a positive note...the esthetician was very friendly and professional and I tipped her more than 20% of the Vanish brochure rate in spite of your policy. Also the receptionist was very welcoming as well.
