Twenty-year veteran instructor Vince Fratercangelo conducts each lesson out on the range at Vantage Point Golf Center, helping players of all ability levels better understand their own golf swings and find avenues for further improvement. A former head instructor at Stratton Golf School in Vermont and a tour player on the Mini Tour circuit, Vince engages players in various drills while administering techniques that import short and long games. About VJF Golf Academy
Vantage Point Golf Center's driving range features Tif 419 Bermuda grass tees—the same turf found on top-notch golf courses. At 200 yards wide and more than 300 yards in length, the range presents players with plenty of room to work on all sorts of shots, from gentle draws for the long par 5s, to boomeranging slices around a putt-putt course windmill. You can even play after dusk, when the range turns on its lights.
Once players have emptied their range ball buckets, they can head inside to the pro shop to stock up on men's and women's apparel, or grab a bite to eat from the cafe, replete with an outdoor patio and indoor seating by a fireplace and television.
