- By booking an appointment, you agree that cancellations must be made within 48 hours; failure to do so will result in a 50% service fee charged to the card on file, forfeiture of any deposits, and a new deposit required for rescheduling; declined cards will require a 20% deposit (via Venmo/PayPal) to secure future appointments.
