Whilst Nikki was lovely and did a great job I wasn’t happy when the lady at the front desk surprised me with an extra charge of $47!! I was told taxes were not included and it was mentioned apparently in the fine print. Just be aware of this. I have made a complaint to Groupon so awaiting the outcome!
