I feel so thankful I found Veloce for all my car services. They were all polite, through and extremely transparent with work and cost. Plus the nice gentleman at the desk gave me a delicious Brazilian soda, must try! I got this voucher for the oil change but also diagnostic bc my car was making some weird sounds and it was dying on me, needing a jump. I assumed it would need a new battery and I also thought I would need new tires, I loved we were able to communicate through text, I told them all this beforehand and I was so surprised it just needed new terminal connectors, they also said with a rotation my tires had 50% life still in them which they could have just upcharge and sold me tires and a battery, as well they found some issues like my engine mount was dangerous and brake pads. Which was very affordable and extensive. This is the first mechanic I have been to that took pictures and sent me a report of the findings and their work. Really impressed 👍😁

Had a great appointment here. For a women sometimes getting your car maintenanced is stressful but Veloce collision was hassle and stress free. I was able to come in 15 minutes early and they took care of me. They even offer a complimentary Brazilian soda which was delicious. I was able to work on my computer from the office & that was very helpful. They made sure to take care of all my needs!
