Happy with the results of my permanent eyeliner. She is experienced and good at what she does. The building is not the nicest but I imagine that is what allows her to keep her prices reasonable. Room seemed clean enough and professional. I would not hesitate to return for other services.

Elena did my upper and lower eyelids with permanent make-up. I am very impressed with how quick she was and how solicitous she was of my pain threshold. The end result is fabulous - very natural looking right at the base of my eyelashes. I thoroughly recommend Vernissage for permanent make-up.
