What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Owning a business has always been a dream of mine and having accumulated extensive experience in all aspects of spa business I felt I was ready to strike out on my own. I would like to provide the highest level of service to discriminating customers in Plano and Frisco area.
What do you love most about your job?
I especially enjoy seeing our customers transformed when they leave. They sometimes arrive in a hurry, stressed or upset and our service provides the affordable luxury and pampering and they leave happy.
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Customers that keep coming back because we’ve made them happy, that’s the best feedback for me.
