Vertical Butterfly Studios’ owner Kyra Bailey and her team of talented instructors help clients shed pounds, tone muscles, and build confidence with fun, challenging pole-dancing classes and more traditional dance-fitness classes. Students of all experience levels master spins; mini, choreographed routines; and floor work in the Level 1 Pole class that strengthens previously unused musculature. Like tumbling on the moon, climbs and spins challenge cores and torsos with antigravitational gymnastics in the Beginner Tricks/Pole Conditioning class, good for all levels. Incorporate bedroom eyes in Burlesque class’s sassy routines, or focus on scorching calories in high-intensity Zumba dance-fitness classes. All pole and Burlesque classes are limited to 10 women, and poles, like secret identities, are never shared, ensuring that participants in each sweat-inducing class have enough one-on-one time with their metallic partner.
