I was able to quickly and easily redeem my groupon and get registered for my first class, Wipeout. It did not disappoint, members were friendly to the new girl, i was definately pushed, but also supported when i needed an extra break. Can't wait to go back!

At VFit , each client who enrolls in one of the gym's fitness classes also initiates a relationship with the trainer. Health assessments, nutrition assessments, and collaborations mean that your personal goals and preferences are the focus during your workouts, which run between 45-60 minutes. During the group classes, clients of all ages and ability levels come together for the same workouts, which can be scaled and modified to accommodate any skill level. Each functional workout divides time equally between cardiovascular routines, strength-training that leverages body weight, and muscle-sculpting exercises with free weights. The focus of each session alternates by the day of the week, so clients can arrive daily for an all-around fit-‘em-up routine or drop in on specified slots to focus on slimming down, toning muscles, or building strength.
