What You'll Get
Flipping a tire end over end is both a common boot-camp exercise and a gross misunderstanding of what the wheel was meant to do. Rethink conventions with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $29 for 10 indoor boot-camp classes and a one-hour fitness assessment (a $185 value)
- $39 for 20 indoor boot-camp classes and a one-hour fitness assessment (a $305 value)
Patrons gear up for the fitness excursion with a personalized one-hour fitness assessment that measures body composition and sets goals for the program. Trainers then cover some of the exercises performed during the boot camp, before conducting a 20-minute private personal-training session. Clients then leap into the 45-minute courses, building endurance with intense cardio intervals, and constructing layers of tone muscle with strength training. See the full schedule.

At VFit , each client who enrolls in one of the gym's fitness classes also initiates a relationship with the trainer. Health assessments, nutrition assessments, and collaborations mean that your personal goals and preferences are the focus during your workouts, which run between 45-60 minutes. During the group classes, clients of all ages and ability levels come together for the same workouts, which can be scaled and modified to accommodate any skill level. Each functional workout divides time equally between cardiovascular routines, strength-training that leverages body weight, and muscle-sculpting exercises with free weights. The focus of each session alternates by the day of the week, so clients can arrive daily for an all-around fit-‘em-up routine or drop in on specified slots to focus on slimming down, toning muscles, or building strength. Click here for VFit's informative and instructional videos. Our signature 45 minute workouts include 20-25 minutes of cardiovascular interval training routines and 20-25 minutes of strength training utilizing, body weight, free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, cardio steps and other fitness equipment. Each exercise incorporates a modified version for those who are beginners in their fitness exercise journey.
