Very good service from the Hostess, the waiters & the serving staff. It was very busy the night we visited but the seating, service and atmosphere were all excellent. Very enjoyable dinner with good quality food. The only negative is the limited amount of parking close to the building, and having to run out and feed the meeters, which was highlited more so the night we visited because of the heavy downpour. But overall and excellent "date" night out for me and my wife. Thank you.

What You'll Get

Vintage Ferraris ran on a high-octane fuel mixture of tomato sauce and mustache hair, which made them run forever but left ladybug-luring leaks in driveways. Power your body motor without having to share with today’s Groupon: for $10, you get $30 worth of modern Italian dishes, drinks, and wood-burning, brick-oven pizzas at Via. The multilevel Buckhead space boasts a snazzy bar, serene interior, and well-trained chef.

Four flavorful salads temper aggressive appetites. Try a wedge salad, with scallions, bacon, tomatoes, and blue cheese ($6), or an herby caprese salad of mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, red onions, and cucumber ($8). The menu is rife with small plates: spinach ravioli ($6), hummus ($6), or mussels di Napoli ($8) are sociable savories. Via specializes in a selection of freshly made pizzas from a wood-burning ceramic-brick oven. They come smothered in San Marzano tomato sauce and authentic buffalo mozzarella cheese. Keep it simple with a margherita ($10), or touch all taste buds with the prosciutto and fig ($14). Crème-brûlée cheesecake ($6), tiramisu ($5), or a five-layer chocolate cake ($5) are sweet afterthoughts.

A destination spot for young professionals, famished fans of finger food, and inadvertent caterpillar wranglers, the 3,200-square-foot space is a multisensory playground for taste, design, and entertainment. White clothed tables, high ceilings, midnight-blue walls, and dim lighting make visiting the expansive eatery feel like a trip to the planetarium. Plus, there's patio seating. Stop in for dinner any day except Monday, or nocturnally munch on a late-night menu served until midnight Wednesday through Saturday.

Atlanta Restaurant Blog liked the pizza and service at Via. Citysearchers give the restaurant 3.5 stars, and 68% of Urbanspooners like it:

  • For the pizza, we chose the Sausage with Basil and Cranberries. We had to go for something out of the ordinary, and we didn’t regret it one bit. I just love the combination of sweet and spicy. – Atlanta Restaurant Blog
  • I've been to VIA at least 10 times in the past 2 months and I've had a blast everytime. The pizza, lamb chops and Calamari are off the chain. Can't forget the smoked salmon bites... – atldirtybirds, Citysearch
  • Went to Via for the first time recently. The pizza was fantastic! The decor and vibe were interesting, more reminiscent of Miami than of Atlanta. – j30309, Citysearch
