Via Toscana, a longtime Boulder County staple serves Tuscan cuisine made with farm fresh ingredients – all under stained glass ceilings throughout the entire restaurant. The wine list offers more than 600 selections, and the 7,000-bottle cellar is seen in full glass view from the Brunello Room, a rich, wood-trimmed dining room with an arched amber and red stained-glass ceilings. There are 100 beer selections and an extensive collection of liqueurs and fine spirits.
