Via Toscana, a longtime Boulder County staple, serves Tuscan cuisine made with farm fresh ingredients – all under stained glass ceilings throughout the entire restaurant. The wine list is more than 600 selections wide, and the 7,000-bottle cellar is seen in full glass view from the Brunello Room, a rich, wood-trimmed dining room with statement arched amber and red stained-glass ceilings.
