Would not hook up to the car total waste of money. Feel like I’ve been scammed. Was very excited to do the tour with my son, totally ruined our trip!

We enjoyed the self guided driving audio tour. The app was easy to install and use. It allowed flexibility if we wanted to make stops. The narrator spoke clearly and provided good historical information and humor.
Driving around Lake Tahoe is an incredible experience. I would however not recommend it in the winter as many sites were closed for the season.

Fun and educational way to see Tahoe. I first used the tour in 2023 and again in 2025. You can use it multiple times. It suggests places to stop and what to look for. Just be sure to go speed limit so you don't miss some of the details. If you go to the next place before the talking for the previous station ends, you won't hear all the details.
