New York City Airport Departure Transfer by Limo LGA JFK EWR

We booked two limousines for 11 adults and two small children. We had to confirm 24 hours in advance that we had always planned to come, which we did well. The cost of both limousines had already been debited. However, the night before we left France, Viator informed us that one of the two limousines had been cancelled. Luckily I speak good English, because otherwise very complicated. I called Viator in the United States (call cost ..). The operator tells me he's sorry about my friends, but the car broke down. I told him that it can happen, but that an alternative solution must be found; he told me that he does not have one and that he reimburses my friends. It's 9pm in France and we're flying the next day very early. I asked him to provide me with the numbers of his fellow limousine taxi drivers, which he refused to do. We leave his client in the air and tease you, not taking into account that for him there is 24 hours to manage us, but for us it is time to sleep and that the next day we are on the plane, so we have only 1 hour maximum to find a solution. 00000 service, null null and void. I would not recommend this company to organize your limo trip to New York at all

The drivers were kind, helpful,and were ontime for pickup. It was nice to enjoy the sights while riding in such a comfortable vehicle. I definitely recommend this company.

We found this option on newyork.co.uk. How cool would that be? Surprise the children because there would be a real limousine at the airport??? We did it! They (and we) loved it! It’s totally over the top of course, but that’s what makes a trip to New York so much fun! The driver was very friendly, the limo equipped with lights and music, nice bottle of cold water and delicious luxury seats to find that last part of the long journey and enjoy the emerging skyline of New York. On arrival first through customs and get the suitcases, call the office and 5 minutes later he arrived at the agreed place (directly in front of the airport) to pick up. After the trip dropped right in front of the hotel. We are going to enjoy this fantastic city at first but when we go back then we know that it will be another tip experience!

Driver arrived early and was very helpful in packing the 6 cases that we had into the trunk. Free water was available inside the vehicle, which was very clean inside.
