Valley of Fire 3-Hour ATV Tour from Las Vegas

I write this only after attempting to reach Adrenaline ATV Tours and Tripadvisor/Viator since Oct 9th with no response from either party and four attempts. If you are looking for a Valley of fire tour DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR. This tour takes you on the Logandale Trail that runs next to VOF. The tour description indicated it included admission to the VOF State Park with photo stops along the way. Although the ATV ride was great and the guides were friendly, we did not get what we paid for ( no VOF , no photo stops, none of the highlights- petroglyphs, Elephant Rock...) nor did they give us a satisfactory answer when asked why we were not going to the VOF. When we inquired as to when we would get there, all that was said is that is another tour. There is no other Valley of Fire ATV tour with this company- Adrenaline ATV Tours. Seven of us planned this trip out west from NY and our itinerary was based in part by this tour. We paid over $1200 for this tour and it was very disappointing as it was the sole purpose of this booking. Since I have contacted Adrenaline ATV Tours, they have modified their description of the tour on line to eliminate the verbiage of Entry/Admission- Valley of Fire State Park included. The cost for admission to the park is $15 alone. So they have received my email but still no response to our request for a refund and no response from Viator/Trip Advisor either. In conclusion, the 3 hour Valley of Fire ATV Tour was either a bait and switch or just misleading advertising. Either way, it is totally unacceptable to label this tour as anything other than a Logandale Trail ride.

very unreliable. We called viator the day before to verify our hotel pickup. We were told to be ready by 7:00am. No one showed at 7:30 am, 8:00am, etc. In fact no one ever showed. After 5-6 texts during that time period, we were finally told that the company providing our ATV tour did not have our reservation. We wasted 3 hours of our vacation sitting ourside just waiting..

We had a great time. Our group guide was great, matched our skill levels to the speed, and we were good so we had a fun, fast experience. I recommend it to everyone who is adventures and wants to have fun.

The overall trip was excellent. My husband and I had a great time on the ATVs. Justin was a great guide. Very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. It was absolutely so much fun Loved going fast and taking the hills. The scenery was absolutely stunning. The negative side was the one who drove us there and back. Michael made good time driving us. However, he needs to work on customer service skills. We felt extremely rushed. Never apologetic for his personality. I couldn’t hear when he first got to hotel due to traffic noise. When I told him my hotel, he quickly responded with “I asked that in the beginning.” At the end of the tour, we received our lunch. Michael wanted us to get in van and go. Just eat on the way back to hotel. We all sat down to eat. As soon as some of us finished, he was going to everyone telling us to get in the van to go. I heard him tell someone on the phone during the ride back he still had to drop us off and commented he wanted to get home. The adventure was great, but the transportation needs improvement. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars.

25/09/2025 I paid for the top atv 4 seater 2024 Can Am X3 Turbo UTV But when i got there a guy oulled outside and showed me a beat up 20 year old 4 seater then told me “its best you use the single utv as your are by your self” but thats not what i paid for and it costs 3x less so i got ripped off at the start. After we we got there we got on the road after 1 hour but for 20 min we were on a contraction site being escorted which was not fun. When we finally got off road , well it was not fun doing 20 mph and were we lucky to do that as a few of the atvs broke down multiple times incl the lady who was taking us out. It was a complete mess . We spent more time stopped as the atvs were breaking down than we did driving. To make things worst we were given out food and mid journey in the heat with no water and no explanation. So from the moment we got on the atvs we were back at the start with in 1 hour 30 min . We had no photo opportunities nothing. We were suppose to be out on the atvs for 3 hours. They say this on the description on what you are getting. When we got back the lay said sorry for cutting trip short , told us to take helmets off and dust off and go inside We went inside and we never seen them again. THEY IGNORED US. THEY HID AWAY LIKE COWARDS . No one from my group was happy and even when we got there, the group that had just finished did not loom happy them selfs . So save your time and money and book else where
