My daughter and I went on the Area 51 tour with Michael as our tour guide. It was so fun! Michael is amazing, and not only did we learn so much about Area 51, we learned about the geology and plant life of the area we were driving through. Lunch at the Lil Ale'Inn was great. My daughter said that the Alien burger was so good that no other burgers would compare. I agreed. This whole experience was fantastic!

Make sure you confirm the tour is actually going to happen. I came to Vegas specifically for this tour (bucket list item) and got the rug pulled out from under me 24 hours prior. Mercy sakes … 😔

I signed up at the last minute on the afternoon before the tour and Patsy and the other booking staff were very helpful.
The famous Earl was the guide driver on the day. His friendly and caring personality will put you at ease. You wouldn't want to miss his guide, as he was also incredibly knowledgeable in aviation and military work.
I'm so glad I took part. This day will be a lifetime memory. Thank you.

Overall it was enjoyable. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the geology in the area and was open to questions. He stopped frequently to share examples of the geological formations, take in the views, and take pictures.
We did think we would hear more about Area 51 and the theories or stories surrounding it but that topic was limited. We were referred to a lot of books that we can read on the subject though, which is great for later (if you are a reader) but we were expecting more information to be presented orally. Driving on the playa (sp?) was cool…disappointing that the souvenir shop was closed, although we could tell someone was there.
Appreciated being able to relax on the journey and let someone else do the driving.
