Our departure time from the airport will be listed as your arrival time and our team will follow along with the airport arrival board to ensure we are on time when you arrive (early, on time or late - we will be there waiting for you). From your home or hotel, we can schedule at anytime you like. For your return to the airport for a departing flight, we do recommend departure from Banff to be 3.5 to 4 hours prior to your flight and we can adjust according to weather, holiday weekends or just wishing to enjoy an unrushed meal before your flight. Our experienced dispatch team can assist you with setting up the best time that works for you.
