Amazing views going to & coming back from Alcatraz (the fab weather certainly helped!). The audio tour of the cell block was really well done. In fact, I was surprised at the high production value - they really went all out. The recollections of former guards & prisoners was really fascinating. My only criticism was about the whole ticketing process, which I found to be confusing and non-intuitive. Regardless, it was a great experience. Highly ecommended.
