I was there with my adult daughter. Alex was our guide and there was one other gentleman that was part of our group. I thought Alex gave great instruction and tips. What I really liked about him was how open he was to everyone’s observations, personal insight and experiences. He created a very kind, friendly, encouraging group. I’d highly recommend this experience.

Pure air, surrounded by tall tree and greens, crossed over water creeks, looking down into woods from high cliffs, exciting, breath taking sceneries. Very Peaceful.

Hey Trippers, compliments to Alex, our guide, who was a fantastic facilitator to our forest bathing experience; he was informative and shared his multidisciplinary knowledge throughout our mindful crawl of the textures, sights, sounds of the landscape.
