Alexis is very knowledgeable, energetic and made sure we saw the best sites found in both Kings Canyon and Yosemite. We enjoyed her company throughout the tours and highly recommend others to work with her and her firm. Authentic Adventures of Central California is outstanding!
This is a great way to get an overview of Kings Canyon National Park and see all of the iconic sites in a small guided half day trip.

Stop At: Clingan's Junction Cabins & Coffee35591 East Kings Canyon Road, Yokuts Valley, CA 93675This place is a must stop before any trip to Kings Canyon. Here we will stop, grab a cup of coffee, some delicious pastries and go over the details of the day. From their lattes to their italian sodas, you can not go wrong with a drink here. My favorites are their vanilla and spiced chai. As for food, you have lots of options and their baked goods are all made in house! If you are wanting something sweet, their scones and cinnamon rolls are to die for. My favorite go to sandwhich here is the spicy ring- a jalepeno cheese homemade bagel with a sausage quiche. There are keto, vegitarian and gluten free options here too.Duration: 45 minutesStop At: Grant Grove, , CaliforniaOur next stop will be Grant Grove, a few miles into Kings Canyon National Park. Nice drive. Good sandwich. Very limited info about Kings Canyon provided by guide. Guide did not know answers to basic questions about Kings Canyon asked of her.

King’s Canyon NP is a place every nature lover has to visit and if you have terrific guide like Alexis you definitely be lucky.
When you visit Kings Canyon NP you definitely feel sad how badly our Mother Nature was treated not long ago and unfortunately is treated till today in many places. It awakes our awareness to be smarter and less greedy.

Kings Canyon is definitely a must-see! The giant sequoias here are named after different U.S. states, making it fun and easy to explore. The trails are very accessible, and I highly recommend it if you don’t have much time but still want to see incredible sequoias and enjoy the breathtaking valley views of the Sierra. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

Alexis is the BEST!! She provided a lot of detailed information about the park. Excellent customer service! In addition to helping capture some great photos! 10 out of 10 experience. I can’t wait to return when the canyon side of the park is reopened.
