Thank you very much to Al, our driver and our guide who picked us up from our hotel in Fort Lauderdale to the Everglades Park. The transportation van was clean big windows, easy to see as we drove to the park. His music was exceptional too. He told us about the Everglades what to expect when we got to the park. Tori was our captain of the airboat. She was funny. She was thorough. She knew her information about the alligators and did everything she could to make sure to turn the boat several times to see the alligators, the birds, the turtles. The alligator show was very fun to watch. Our host was very comical and made it enjoyable. Thank you for a great afternoon. Look forward to seeing you next time. I will ask for you AL!!! Horrible experience. Facilities were filthy. Staff was incompetent. Staff constantly was asking for tips and they were untrained.
