The tour guide was great, she was very knowledgable and personable. The Pearl Harbor/USS Arizona Memorial tour was great. Only reason why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rest of the tour was all by van, which is fine, I just think getting out the van more often at some of the other sites would have been nice.

I was expecting a guide and tickets included for the trip. Ended up, This is just a pure transportation service. The guide only brings you to the gate and tell you to sign up for a standby ticket to USS Arizona Memorial. Yes, standby ticket for you to wait 2 hours. The activity detail is misleading customers. I paid $260 for a family of 4. Not worth the wait, the time, and money. You can get away with just Ubering for half the price, and you get better flexibility in time and takes good care of your wallet. And don't bring any bag, or else you get to spend some time lining up at storage for dropping and picking up your stuffs. Note that the agency did told us not to bring any bag.

Avoid at all costs, ruined our Honolulu visit. Left tour midway, because of unsafe driver, inaccurate information and tour bus broke down.

Our tour guide was Shelley who knew her stuff about the island. I have to say it feels like a rip off paying for the tour when you can enter Pearl Harbour for free (we did not know this before we went). It cost $144 for the two of us to go on the tour which included a drive around some memorials followed by 2 hours at the Pearl Harbour site. Once you got to Pearl Harbour you did your own thing, maybe I was naive to think there would be some sort of ‘tour’ inside. In hindsight, I wish we had got an uber there and did our own thing - it would have been much cheaper.
