Great way to see so many sights! They had all the places listed and got to the stops before everyone else. Lunch was great! About $20 per person (additional charge) at a little side of the road place. Definitely would of eaten there again!

All day drive out of Waikiki to the North Shore of Oahu. Our guide Jonny was hillarious - he had us all going with trivia, as well as local history. Stopped at a famous bakery truck for donuts; shrimp shack for lunch; Dole Plantation; Macadamia Nut grove; Waimea Bay (the venue of the pipeline surf classic), stunning vista points.

It gives a good introduction or refresher (if you have been here before) to the island. Good selection of stops, including good food and coffee stops.

We spent an unforgettable day yesterday on the Island Circuit Tour with Aloha Shaka Tours. It wasn’t just a sightseeing trip; it was a true immersion into the heart and soul of Hawaii. Our Extraordinary Guide The highlight of this adventure was undoubtedly our guide, the legendary Chief Enely. Despite his age, he is impressively energetic, seamlessly juggling the roles of driver, interpreter, and storyteller. Immense Knowledge: Throughout the journey, he shared treasures of information regarding the history and culture of the archipelago. Humor and Generosity: Very funny and naturally likeable, his true joy is clearly meeting people and passing on his knowledge. It was a deeply enriching human encounter. The Itinerary The route was perfectly orchestrated to showcase the diversity of the island: Diamond Head & Hanauma Bay: Panoramic stops overlooking volcanic craters and marine reserves. Halona Blowhole: Watching the natural maritime geyser. Tropical Farms Macadamia Nut Farm: A taste of local flavors. Byodo-In Temple: A moment of serenity in this Buddhist temple nestled at the foot of the mountains. North Shore: Driving past the famous surf beaches and the Kahuku shrimp trucks. Dole Plantation: A classic stop to end on a sweet note. The "Chief’s Surprise" One of the most memorable moments was a surprise from the Chief on the North Shore. While this region is a "big wave paradise" reserved for pro surfers, Chief Enely found us a superb, very safe secret beach. We were able to swim in total peace in calm waters while the "pipes" (as they call them here) roared in the distance. A true protected corner of paradise! As another little bonus, he stopped in a shopping center parking lot so we could visit the Malasadamobile to try Portuguese donuts. My choice: the Haupia, stuffed with coconut cream... pure delight.
