We did not have a great experience with America Tranfers. We booked an online round-trip transfer from Cancun Airport to Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres. The price seemed reasonable. ( 75 dollars) They asked us pickup times from both airport & resort making sure this was round trip. Unfortunately, 2 days before they sent an email requesting $20 more US dollars ,stating this resort was not in Hotel Zone??? We said ok to that as didn't feel we had any option. Once we arrived in Cancun, they were nowhere to be seen. Finally we were able to find their rep and said he didn't have our reservation.
After much confusion, he contacted his office and yes, they did have our name, but wanted $35 dollar's more for the trip. So, no choice again, we paid cash to driver. The ride was fine. I asked for a confirmation of our return transfer and they said, this was only a one way!!! WOW!!

It was hard to find the agent but once we did it went smoothly. Our driver was very friendly and funny, we enjoyed our trip to the hotel.
