Great service! Timely trip and very comfortable! Driver provided us with drinks which was a nice touch! Overall great ride would book again. Was a bit pricey though.

I only gave a 2 because I did get a refund. We ended up taking a cab. Despite txting with them, they later decided they couldn’t provide transportation for 2 to the hotel zone& we would need to get a refund from viator….

I booked this reservation from the Cancun airport to my hotel over the phone with Viator. When I got to the airport and found the people for the transfer, they told me that my reservation wasn’t booked correctly and then I owed more money because it wasn’t going to the area where my hotel was located. I had to pay more money in cash I had to wait an hour, even though I had the paperwork showing that I had booked to my hotel and paid for it. I could not reach anybody at TripAdvisor or via or it was really a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend TripAdvisor at all.
