We purchased an round-trip travel and the ride from airport to hotel was amazing, the driver was knowledgeable and because we asked for English speaking, we were able to communicate well. The vehicle during this segment of the booking was ideal and mirrored the type of vehicles presented in pictures on Viator site. However, we had not heard back from the vendor and had to reach out when arriving at the airport and there was quite a bit of confusion about 'where' the pick-up point was to be (even though it was included in original booking request) and we had to ask more than once the details about the name of the driver, the make of the vehicle and the license plate number. While for most travelers this would not be an issue, we were greeted at baggage claim with far too many individuals 'posing' as drivers and repeatedly asking us if were were ready for our 'ride'. Therefore, not knowing who legitimately we paid in advance to drive us and not having that initial contact as we expected, did create a bit of worry and concern. Yet after getting clarification from the vendor and receiving this important information, the ride and driver were wonderful. We expected the same experience with vehicle and driver for our return trip back to airport and while we did receive information the day prior about pick up times, the day of we did not know the drivers name, type of vehicle or license plate number. Again, with far too many vehicle operators in NYC and in front of our Manhattan hotel, this became confusing. Once we secured the drivers name and make of vehicle, we were disappointed with the type of vehicle for our return trip and the immenities of said vehicle were similar to any Uber/Lyft we could have secured for significantly less costs. Our driver while respectful, pleasant and helpful, there was a bit of a difficulty in conversation and this lead to our car ride being very quite and although he was very professional, you add the type of vehicle in contrast to the one on our initial part of roundtrip (including cleanliness of said vehicle), was something we felt we could have achieved with any Uber or Lyft.

The experience was nice. The driver was polite, on time and managed to navigate through NYC traffic congestion with ease.

Driver was timely and the car was clean, however; he didn’t speak a word of English making it impossible to ask any questions regarding the city or area. He was polite though.

Edger was incredibly nice and very helpful. All in all, a safe wonderful experience! He helped with our luggage and helped us in and out the car.
