It used to be longer! Attitude from the employees to checking in, was not the best! Specially from those guys who were selling tickets!

This was our second experience on this small cruise, and compared to our first time with another agency, this last time was awful. They didn't leave on time, the music was deafeningly loud, the chairs were broken, there was no organization in the queue, and the guy who put the wristband on was incredibly rude and impolite. I really don't recommend it. Plus, we were supposed to see the sunset, and since it left 40 minutes late, it was already dark... It was a terrible experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Cruise lasted about an hour. We signed up for a 630 slot and arrived 45 minutes early as instructed. When we arrived, we were told that the cruise would leave at seven and it actually left at 7:15 - so we waited for 90 minutes at the dock. First 30 minutes we saw 13 houses that formerly belonged to people we didn’t know. The last 30 minutes was a very slow motion cruise past the Miami cargo terminal. Waste of time.

It was nice just getting out on the boat and going around the island. Would do it again, but probably in the morning.
