It was a perfect day! A great day to learn about the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island and NYC. Vivian our tour guide was a doll—she was knowledgeable and loved her city. It was so enjoyable to hear the history and tidbits from a true New Yorker. She answered all of our questions and also searched for answers about other questions we had about NYC and Dumbo. It was a very enjoyable day.

Ellis Island was the Gateway to America, and on this tour you will learn more about the journey and the struggle for a new future and a better tomorrow. The site of the Statue of Liberty brought hope of freedom and peace.

Upon arrival at the meeting point the guide was very friendly, introduced us and only told us which side the boats we would board would be, and that departures were every 20 min, (information that was on site, there were route markings and screens indicating departure and return times), and after that we would go on our own as well as the return. They didn't give us history of anything, nor did they give us any passes to avoid the lines. I definitely do not recommend this tour, it is a scam compared to the ferry charging about $25 per person instead with them I paid almost $200 for two passengers.

Very Disappointed . We have used used Viator many times in many countries and guides and tours were excellent This tour and representation was terrible We really received nothing but a wrist band and 5 min of history We did not get any to skip any lines There was no private transportation to anything Not sure why we signed up with Viator we could have just got the tickets for the ferries

This is not a true guided tour. The tour guide was very nice but just escorted you to each attraction and then let you go on your own. They didn’t walk with you and explain things once you were at the Statue of Liberty or Ellis Island. We also felt rushed through to meet up with our group. Other than the little help through security it was not worth the extra $65 for this.

😳😳😳PLEASE READ!😳😳😳 I was told to arrive at 10 am to Pier 36 slip 4. I got there at 9:51 am and THERE WAS NO BOAT! I claimed a refund and there response was “We are operating not always from slip 4 the boat was there Unfortunately as we were operating there is no refund Reservations@attractions4us.com” I never received any email advising any changes! I REALLY ADVISE ANYONE WHO READS THIS TO RECONSIDER YOUR PURCHASE!!! YOU HAVE MANY OPTIONS.
