Very emotional but factual experience. We had a fantastic tour guide who took us around the city and explained all the local history. I would definitely recommend this tour during your stay in NYC.

Unfortunately, we were not there in time. It was not so clearly described what awaits us. There was no one at the agreed meeting point and no contact person.
The tour should include a visit to the 9/11 Museum, which is closed on the day. When asked if we could get tickets the next day, we unfortunately only got the answer that we could reschedule the tour for $25 each...
