The 2hour tour was not what I expected. We were sitting on the back seats and could barely see things and hear properly. Too much talking and not much done. I had made a note to sit on the front row, but it was ignored. I fell of the van and injured my back while trying to get off since the movable seat was not moving and there was no handlebar! Safety issue! The guide took us behind the congress building where people usually enter the congress when open. We stood there for about 30 minutes of talk and then back to the van. Later when we were driving in the city with our own car, we noticed that in front of congress building is like a park and has a water feature, beautiful to take pictures. Since congress was closed for the new year, she could take us to the front of the building instead of having us stand behind the building listening to her talks for about 30 minutes! Overall, it was a boring tour with an unexperienced tour guide. My shoulder still hurts due to falling from the van. I do not recommend this to friends and family.

Ike was incredibly knowledgeable, funny, and very helpful for our mobility limited mom. Thank you! The tour included going inside the Capital building and a running review of a vast variety of live music venues and iconic eateries to visit.

This is such a fun tour and our guide was very knowledgeable and hysterically funny. He kept everyone engaged by remembering your name and individually asking each person questions along the way. He had a great storytelling technique when it came to the history of the city, people of importance, cool places to hear music and delicious restaurants. The capitol building was extremely interesting and quite beautiful. If you want a great overview of the vibrant city of Austin don’t miss this great tour!
