Not sure what I was expecting but we LOVED it! Upper and lower bridges were a bit scary (says my kids) but the views… wow. The kids play area was awesome (says my kids). The obstacle course was great! We didn’t wait long but we also got to the place at 930am. Green and blue courses we didn’t wait long as a family. My wife and youngest didn’t do the blue. My oldest and I did the blue and near the start I had to assist 2 kids who were French, I believe, as they did not understand the rules about 1 person on the obstacle and max 2 on the platforms. I helped the boy and I caught up to my daughter and after 3 more obstacles I noticed the boy and sister was struggling to move along. The boy did not understand how to hook up his zip line attachments properly and he got stuck. I called out for someone to help them because they really should have had an adult with them and why their parents were not there or watching is beyond me. The sister ended up zipping and slammed into her brother! They were both hanging mid-line. Finally, help got up there and rescued them. We moved on to the coaster…. It broke down. Everyone was in the dark as to what was happening. It took over 1hr before someone in line was able to ask a worker what was happening. We were told 10-15 mins. Then 15-20. Then up to 1/2 longer. We stayed in the hot sun lined up for 2hrs 40mins before we just decided to move onto the big zip line! Of course, right when we got our gear on to do the big zip line, the coaster was up and running! Firstly, the zip line was freaking awesome and worth the short thrill. Secondly, the coaster area needs an awning and needs speakers for workers to make an announcement and to do it quicker rather than people in line flagging someone to ask questions and get answers. We went back to the coaster and waited in line well over an hour again, but the coaster is worth doing! My family really loved it! One other issue is the lack of “no littering” signage! My youngest and I were picking up water and Powerade bottles all over the place and putting in the recycling bins! I cannot believe people come for the beauty and trash it. There needs to be garbages in waiting lines or just as you’re about to do the activity. Signage in multiple languages saying the bins are for garbage/recycling and multi-language signage saying respect the area and don’t litter!!!!! The smash burger was good but $18 and you do not even get fries or a side!!!!! Bring snacks! But, there’s so much to do like slack line, huge chess game, axe throwing, wall climbing incredible places to take pics and more! It’s a fantastic place and worth the $$
