This was such a great thing to do with a family. We learned about the horses, the area and the tracks in the snow. The farm is located in the town of Banff and very easy to get to. We drove and parked at the farm. There was a hot drink at the end of the ride which was nice by the fires they had going.

Banff National Park is Canada’s oldest and most celebrated national park - and one worth getting out of the car and onto a trail for. Go back to a simpler time with a 1-hour horseback ride and experience the park at a relaxed pace. Led by your cowboy guide, saddle up and ride past natural sulphur springs along the gentle Bow River and get a feel for what it was like for pioneers first settling in this once-wild area.

The Experience was magical. Riding on the sleigh and watching the wildlife around you. The most special part is that you are covered in snow, everything white.

Last July my dad and I did this trail ride along bow river. When we arrived, it was pouring with rain, and we were a bit worried. But we were assured our trail ride wouldn't be cancelled and luckily the rain eased off soon. Going along the river was beautiful, all the staff were very friendly, and the horses were calm and went along well. We loved the western saddles and learned interesting things about the area from the guide. I would definitely recommend this experience

First of all, the ranch is truly beautiful, and above all, it's beautifully situated. The tour itself was wonderful. Enjoying this magnificent landscape on horseback was the icing on the cake of my stay in Banff. The team is super friendly, and shared a lot about the surroundings and nature along the way with us. It was fun to escape the hustle and bustle of Banff this way. Thank you so much for this experience!
