BEWARE! We took the shuttle from our hotel for a Carnival cruise. We were told we would be dropped and the shuttle would return since there were only a few of us. Instead they loaded us took us to multiple stops and over a hour later finally headed to Carnival. Had a 10:00am checkin and didn’t even leave the last pickup until 10:15. Stopped at two other ships before making it to ours. $10.00 per person you can do a ride-share for the same price.

Sebastian our driver was wonderful helping with our luggage and friendly. He’s a safe driver. Compared to some of our other shuttle service companies we had on our trip this was a 10+. I would definitely book with Viator again.
