Our ATV, zipline, and cenote adventure in Cancun was an incredible experience! I went with my kids and family, and we all had such a fun and exciting day. Riding through the jungle on ATVs was thrilling, the ziplining was full of adrenaline, and swimming in the cenote was the perfect way to cool off and connect with nature. Once we arrived, we decided to upgrade and include horseback riding — and it was totally worth it! It added a special touch to the adventure and made the whole experience even more complete. The staff was friendly and made sure we felt safe the entire time. Definitely a must-do for families looking for adventure and great memories!

We had high hopes for this tour, and while the actual experience was fun, the ATVs, ziplines, and cenote were enjoyable, the constant hidden fees really ruined it for us. We had already paid around $40 per person in advance, but once we got there, we were hit with an unexpected $30 per person “conservation fee” just to enter. Horseback riding, which was advertised as part of the experience, wasn’t even included, it was an extra $60 for the both of us for a 10-minute ride. On top of that, they charged us for lockers, which were mandatory but not mentioned at all before booking. We also had to pay additional fees for ATV insurance. I wasn’t even allowed to bring my GoPro, which felt like a tactic to force you into buying their photo package. At the end of the tour, they tried to sell us pictures for $70 and were extremely pushy about it, along with being really aggressive about tips. We ended up spending about $150 more than we expected, and when we didn’t want to tip on top of that, they tried to shame us for it. The activities themselves were fun, but the lack of transparency, hidden fees, and overall attitude of the staff took away from the experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

I recently went on the ATV, Cenote, and Zipline tour in Puerto Morelos with my girlfriend Aileen, and it was such a fun and exciting experience! The tour takes place in the beautiful cenote area, and it was amazing to be surrounded by nature while enjoying all the adventure activities. Riding the ATVs through the jungle trails was a blast, the ziplining gave us an adrenaline rush, and swimming in the cenote was so refreshing. The tour also included lunch and transportation from our hotel in Cancun, which made everything super convenient. This is definitely an adventure you don’t want to miss!

we did differents acivities during our las stay and this one was one of the favorites of my kids, they really enjoyed this tour because they had never swum before in a cenote and they loved, our guide HUGO WAS fantastic, our driver Jorge also provide more information about the park and the zone, special thanks to them

My friends and I took this tour looking for adventure and something different to do in Cancún, and it was fantastic! We loved everything and had an amazing time everything was included in the price: transportation, activities, and food. All we had to do was enjoy! It was an incredible day.
