Rating the experience as poor, despite an outstanding guide. Our tour guide was fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, and made exploring Central Park effortless. I would have given this tour 5 stars if not for the manager’s behavior.
I originally booked the electric scooter tour but was asked to reschedule because the guide wasn’t available. When I arrived, the guide and the rest of the group were on e-bikes. I asked the manager to switch me to an e-bike so I could stay with the group. He responded with sarcasm, refused because I had “already gotten the scooter,” and only agreed after a long back-and-forth. When I mentioned the e-bike wasn’t working properly, he dismissed it with a “why so” instead of offering help.
The manager’s rude, unprofessional attitude set a terrible tone and aligns with other reviews I’ve seen. The tour itself was excellent and the guide was exceptional, but you have to deal with this manager to start the tour—something I’d avoid on a trip that’s supposed to be fun.

Great experience. Wouldn’t have been able to see as much of the park on foot. Great guide. Learned a lot and had a great time. Will definitely recommend to others.

Great way to see the park and learn about it! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to experience the Park but didn’t know where to start!

Scooters were solid and rode smoothly. They were simple to operate. They are easier to navigate than a bike because you can go very slowly and not have to step off. We did not want it to end.
