Amazing food tour with local history. Elena was an excellent guide and we got the VIP treatment since it was only the 2 of us. We’ve had tours cancelled before if a minimum number didn’t sign up so bonus points to the tour company.

Learn about downtown Lexington's captivating history as we take a culinary cruise to five delicious stops all in one afternoon! Discover award-winning eateries, unique foodie items like the buzz button, freshly baked breads from family-owned shops, fresh Kentucky-farmed vegetables, and more! In between bites, learn about colorful characters from Lexington's history and pass through landmarks like Skuller's Clock, The Square, and Phoenix Park.

It was a very interesting history tour, not dry or boring at all. It was so fun to be walking around the city with so many stories to hear. The food was excellent and we were stuffed silly!

This is my third food tour with Bites of the Bluegrass and it never disappoints! We had an amazing time celebrating my Dad’s 75th birthday. Our tour guide, Elaina (sp?) was incredible- so knowledgeable, so kind, so chill/flexible and had amazing recommendations for places all over Lexington! Would highly recommend her!!

Intellectually informative, physically invigorating and culinarily filling. Be prepared to cancel your dinner plans and only require a light breakfast the next day. .

We had a great time spending a beautiful Sunday afternoon trying new restaurants and some local history. Be sure to go hungry!
