My group had an amazing experience with Black Tie during our stay in Park City. The rental process itself was seamless and the organization is very communicative. Clint came to hand-deliver our skis, boots, and poles, and ensured that everything fit properly and that we knew how to use everything. Pick up was seamless as well. We will definitely use Black Tie during our next visit to Park City - or another new resort! Thank you!

We have used Black Tie Rentals several times. This is our first time using them in deer Valley and they were wonderful. Prompt and efficient and very friendly. There were eight of us and it went extremely smoothly.

We were met at our lodge , fitting was completed in a timely fashion.
We had to switch out skis after one day for a different length , and this was done with ease at our lodge.
To return, we just left the skis with our ski valet at hotel.

Black Tie is awesome! I typically have a problem with ski boots fitting correctly. They feel okay at first, and then don't. (I have a slightly larger left foot, which is frequently a problem.) I called early Wed. afternoon, 2/27, explaining how the boots were feeling, and the woman on the phone was very helpful. A male staff member was at Deer Valley within 20 minutes with 2 pairs of boots for me to try. The Salomon boots with 4 adjustment points were so much better! I enjoyed the rest of my time skiing and had much better control. He also made suggestions for the type of boots I should consider when renting or buying in the future. I took photos of the Salomon boots for future reference. Black Tie was also very prompt with delivery and pickup. I recommend them highly and will use them again.
