They agreed to pick up at our hotel which was great, however the driver was 45 min late. Catamaran was pretty small and seating was limited. Crew and captain were fantastic however the lunch spot on isla mujeres was overcrowded and offered no shade unless you rented a cabana. Overall experience was fine but you may want to pay a bit more for a bigger catamaran with better perks.

It was a fun experience for the price. The snorkeling was a little disappointing because you have to stay totally as a group and most of our group did not know how to snorkel. The lunch was nice. Beach was nice and we did add in the golf cart tour around the island. I would recommend it. The guys on the boat do try very hard

The experience was great, it is a full day so be prepared and have a good sleep the night before. We did snorkeling, whent to a natural pool. spend time on the island had lots of drinks and the food was Ok was not amazing but good enaugh for me. It was a 5 star for me.

Once you get on boat it was a great trip with a great crew. We booked with transportation included but didn’t show up so we missed our boat. We were able to get on the next one after our uber ride.
