We had such an informative tour guide (Big Al) we spent the whole tour having a great laugh and he wanted to make the experience as comfortable as possible doing a few pit stops in shaded areas due to the heat. We had a small, intimate group which all got on so well. The history, walk, food and drink was top notch and the ferry experience was also lovely.

Raise a pint to the spirits of Samuel Adams, Paul Revere and George Washington as you relive almost 400 years of Tavern History in Boston. This fun & informative (we have the VERY BEST Tour Guides in Boston - check our reviews!) 3.5-hour Walking Tour (approx 2.5 miles) also includes a Ferry Ride across scenic Boston Harbor! See and Learn the history of FIVE Freedom Trail sites. Includes TWO Historic Tavern visits, enjoying one Drink (beer/wine/soda) and an Appetizer at BOTH Tavern stops. Along the way you’ll explore Boston’s oldest neighborhoods like Charlestown Navy Yard, Blackstone Block, Faneuil Hall / Quincy Market and the North End (Boston's Little Italy). Visit some of New England’s most historic landmarks as well as two of Boston's oldest Pubs & Taverns. Also look for our popular Pizza Lovers Tour and our Seafood Lovers Tour, too. Walk, Learn, Eat.... and repeat!
