We loved the one-hour experience; not too short and not too long. You will be literally standing the entire time so wear comfy shoes.

Captain Jay was great! Instructions for Segway were at a beginner level and super easy to get down. No safe word used! Made us feel very welcomed, remembered our names throughout the entire tour, asked about our hometown but was also very informative on Boston history. 10/10 would recommend!
