We operate under the Passenger Vessel Safety Act of 1993, and you will need to select a captain for your trip and sign a Bareboat Charter Agreement, according to this USCG law. The company will email you the contract and you can also select the captain there, 2 to 3 days before the starting time.

The company holds the authority to cancel a reservation, and failure to show up will result in forfeiture of the full amount and will be recorded as a no show.
