Not at all what I expected. I was Emailed a reminder and the place the bus picked up that later found out was wrong and almost missed it all together. I thought that a more expensive tour would have been more enlightening. However first of all, I couldn’t hear the informative video over the obnoxiously loud drinking “adults “. The bus driver had to pull off for unexpected bathroom breaks. The video was started and stopped at each stop but the audio wasn’t playing through a lot of it. And sometimes the audio wasn’t playing play but no video. Worst of all because of construction we didn’t get to see one of the parts of the tour. I was really looking forward to this tour as I’m a big believer in the paranormal. But it was a big waste of time and money.

Really not worth it. The bus plays different videos that are disconnected with the city that has so much rich and interesting history. Advertised as taking you to locations, but we were only dropped off at three where the premises was closed so you just stand around outside for a few minutes. The other locations you drive by and stop to look at a tree where the museum is at. Or hotels that you can go inside for free instead of paying to look through the window. I was not expecting much, maybe being able to walk through a cemetery at night and I was still let down.

What an absolute waste of 2 hours that I will never get back. I had been on many ghost tours in many cities so I expected that we would drive around the city and our guide would tell us the stories associated with the haunted places. What we got was a cheesy, poorly produced video playing for us in the bus for 2 hours as we drove around New Orleans. Often what the cheesy, obviously trying to be spooky, voice over was telling us had nothing to do with where we were driving at that moment. The video was full of stock photography and stupid images. For example, the voice over was telling us about a woman who died in a hotel (one of only three actual ghost stories in the ENTIRE tour) and the image on the video we were watching was a woman in a white dress just running ethereally through a ball room. And we watched that image over and over the entire time the story was told. And when the story ended, tada now we are at the hotel it was talking about the whole time. Umm, a little late as now the video is onto the next story/information (as most of the tour was just city information in a "spooky" voice, not ghost stories). If you want to try and imagine the video, think 1980s music video images.....that was the entire video. Our bus driver (you can't call him a guide because the video did all the talking, he just drove the bus and once in a while yelled over the video the place name we were approaching) was very nice and honestly I think if he had actually been the guide instead of a video, the tour might have been good. And when booking the tour (we did it through the concierge in our hotel which is quite disappointing that this is the tour they recommend) no where in the description in the brochure or on their website does it tell you that you will be sitting in a bus watching a video for two hours. If I wanted to do that I could have stayed in my room and watched one of the cheesy real life haunting shows (this was basically the same thing with less actual ghost stories). Hands down the worst tour of any tour I have done, not just ghost tours, that I have ever gone on. Avoid this at all costs and save your money and your time.

Awful, $60 per person. Do something else this was not worth the time or $. The bus was about a million degrees and the driver didn't know anything interesting or relevant Trust me, DO NOT DO THIS TOUR.

Just went and still on the tour. It was and is just okay. Nothing cool about it. Do not like the audio tour, would much rather have had an actual tour guide. The sounds was extremely loud and video was corny. Stories were great but the actual tour guides tell it WAY better. Save your money and go with a live person.
