I booked RT service from Cancun Airport to hotel, Dreams Tulum. I waited more than 45 minutes for pick-up from the airport. The driver seemed determined to make up that time by driving at high speed and weaving in and out of traffic. The two hour journey was accomplished in 80 minutes and was a white knuckler. My pick-up back to the airport was 15 minutes late but it was a Sunday and traffic was very light. The driver had an iPad attached to the dash on which music videos were playing. Apparently, this is legal in Mexico. The transport vans were very basic. I would not recommend this service.

We put in 2:00 pm arrival and flight info as they say they monitor flight arrivals. We were an hour late but told our transfer was for 10 pm. The airport is very chaotic especially the shuttle/bus area. It would have helped to know its area 12. We managed to find them and time mix up and waited another hour but they got us a shuttle. Driver and ground people were excellent but maybe could be better organized.

Absolutely awful experience. Never showed up and called the number provided twice and got no answer. An hour and a half after we landed they sent a message from a different number where they were located. Also see someone from the same company who didn’t have us on his sheet and was no help at all. Ended up paying a lot for a taxi to get to our hotel!
